Take the lead on the entire activity operation
As Activity Manager, you’ll take the lead on the entire activity operation within one of our Beach Clubs, bringing together our teams across the resort to deliver an outstanding programme and brilliant guest experience.
This is a hands-on senior management role. You’ll lead, motivate and support a large, energetic team, maintain high standards across our activities and work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to keep the resort running at its best.
We’re looking for a confident, experienced and naturally engaging leader who can bring the best out of people, stay calm when things get busy and create an environment where both guests and staff have an unforgettable summer.

As one of the most senior overseas jobs this is a full-on, full-season role. You'll need to match all of the job requirements to be considered.
