We’re looking for experienced, qualified and engaging instructors who can adapt their coaching to different abilities, make learning enjoyable and give guests the confidence to take their sailing to the next level.
Based at our beautiful Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre in Paleros, Greece, it’s a pretty spectacular place to spend a summer teaching what you love.
Yacht Instructor
You’ll deliver our yacht training programme to a consistently high standard, combining practical instruction on the water with the theory, coaching and encouragement each guest needs to progress.
