Our Flotilla and Shore-Based Engineers are the technical backbone of our sailing operation, keeping our fleet safe, reliable and ready for adventure.
From servicing and preventative maintenance to fault-finding and repairs, you’ll combine practical engineering skills with plenty of problem-solving to help keep our yachts – and our guests – out on the water.
If you’re a hands-on engineer who loves boats, solving problems and the idea of swapping the workshop for life by the Ionian Sea, this could be right up your street.
Flotilla Engineer-Mechanic
Confident with diesel engines, 12-volt electrics, and basic plumbing? Engineering, agricultural & car mechanic background? Bring your skills to our team.
Shore-based Engineer-Mechanic
You’ll play a key role in keeping our yacht fleet safe, reliable and ready to sail, providing technical support from our Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre in Paleros, Greece.
