Working alongside the Flotilla Skipper and Engineer-Mechanic, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly – supporting guests on and off the water, helping with the day-to-day flotilla operation and creating the friendly, sociable atmosphere that makes a Neilson flotilla so special.
Based at our stunning Vounaki Beachclub Sailing Centre in Paleros, Greece, this is a brilliant role for someone who’s organised, outgoing, loves being around people and fancies spending their summer as part of a proper sailing adventure.
Flotilla Mate
You’ll support the day-to-day running of the flotilla, helping with guest briefings, mooring and sailing support, social activities and everything else that keeps life on flotilla running smoothly.

If you're not available until summer 2028, don't worry. The applications for summer 2028 will open around mid-September 2027.
