Whether you’re keeping watch poolside or helping guests become stronger, more confident swimmers, our Lifeguard & Swim Coaching Team plays a huge part in keeping our guests safe, active and enjoying the water.
As a Lifeguard, you’ll be a reassuring and vigilant presence around our Beach Club pools, maintaining high safety standards and being ready to respond quickly and professionally whenever needed.
Our Swim Coaches take things a step further, delivering engaging individual and group coaching for a range of ages and abilities. Depending on the programme, that could take you from developing skills and confidence in the pool to coaching guests in open-water sea swimming.
If you’re confident around the water, great with people and passionate about helping others enjoy swimming safely, you’ll feel right at home on this team.
Swim Coach and Lifeguard
As a Swim Coach - Lifeguard, your main focus will be helping our guests become stronger, more confident swimmers and enjoy their time in the water.
Lifeguard
As a Neilson Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our guests safe, confident and happy around the pool throughout their holiday.
Head Lifeguard
As Head Lifeguard, you’ll take the lead on our Lifeguard Team and have overall responsibility for maintaining a safe, professional and welcoming environment around our Beach Club pools.
