If your perfect summer involves boats, boards, skis and spending most of your working day on the water, welcome to the Neilson Waterski & Wakeboard Team.
Our instructors deliver a fast-paced programme of Waterskiing and Wakeboarding sessions for guests of different ages and abilities – from first-timers experiencing that brilliant moment when they get up on the water to experienced riders looking to develop their skills.
It’s a busy, high-energy operation, with sessions running throughout the day. You’ll combine great instruction with excellent boat handling, safety awareness and guest service to make sure every person behind the boat gets the best possible experience.
Alongside our inclusive programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to deliver premium private sessions, giving guests additional coaching and progression while developing your own experience as an instructor.
If you’re qualified, passionate about Waterskiing and Wakeboarding and happiest when there’s a boat running and someone behind it having an absolute blast, there aren’t many better ways to spend a summer.

Spend your summer behind the wheel of our Waterski & Wakeboard boats, out on the water and helping guests experience one of the biggest thrills our Beach Clubs have to offer.
Waterski & Wakeboard Manager
Take the lead on one of the most exciting operations in the Beach Club – managing your team, keeping the boats moving and making sure our guests have an unforgettable time out on the water.
