Imagine spending your summer on the beach, on the water and sharing your passion for watersports every day. That’s life as part of the Neilson Beach Team.
Our instructors work from beautiful Beach Club destinations, delivering safe, fun and engaging watersports experiences for guests of all ages and abilities. Depending on the resort, that could include dinghy sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and paddleboarding, alongside newer activities such as winging and foiling.
Whether you’re an experienced instructor or you’ve recently gained your qualification and are ready for your first season overseas, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who love being on the water just as much as you do.
You’ll work hard, develop your skills and gain loads of hands-on experience – but you’ll also spend a summer doing what you love in a pretty spectacular place to call home.
If watersports are your thing, there aren’t many better ways to spend a summer.
Watersports Instructor

Spend your summer doing what you love. Getting people out on the water and helping them discover just how much fun sailing and windsurfing can be.
Bosun
As Bosun, you’ll be the person our Beach Team turns to when something needs fixing, maintaining or bringing back to life.
Beach Supervisor
As Beach Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping our beach operation running brilliantly.
Beach Manager
As Beach Manager, you’ll take the lead on everything that happens on the beach – managing, motivating and developing your team.

If you're not available until summer 2028, don't worry. The applications for summer 2028 will open around mid-September 2027.
